Hi, I’m Kathy

My work is grounded in helping leaders and teams grow in ways that are practical, honest, and sustainable.

I’ve spent my career helping people and organizations grow—sometimes in moments of expansion, and sometimes in moments of uncertainty.

As a People & Talent leader, I’ve worked alongside executives, managers, and teams to build cultures where people feel clear, capable, and connected to the work they do.

From coaching leaders through difficult decisions, s designing career development programs, to facilitating conversations that actually move things forward—I focus on what creates real, lasting change. I also partner with organizations on leadership hiring, helping them identify and bring in the right talent to support their next stage of growth.

What drives me is simple:

People want to do meaningful work, grow in their careers, and feel valued along the way. When those things align, individuals thrive—and so do organizations.

Today, I bring that experience into my work through coaching, facilitation, and leadership development—helping others navigate growth with intention and confidence.

A little more about me:

  • I’m deeply passionate about culture, leadership, and growth

  • I believe in honest conversations (Radical Candor energy)

  • I care about creating opportunities—especially for those who may not always see themselves represented

  • Outside of work, I find joy in writing, storytelling, and exploring meaningful ways to connect with others

My Philosophy

I believe the best work happens when there is both clarity and care.

Clarity in expectations, decisions, and direction.
Care in how we show up for people, communicate, and lead.

My approach is grounded, practical, and human. I don’t believe in overcomplicating things—I believe in helping people get to what matters, and giving them the tools and confidence to move forward.

I share reflections on leadership, growth, and the human side of work—drawing from real experiences and lessons learned along the way.

Let’s Talk

If you’re looking for support— whether for yourself or your organization— I’d love to connect and explore how we can work together.
